Customer benefits
FINANCIAL AND FISCAL PECULIARITIES OF OPERATING LEASES (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS N.O)
- Possibility of splitting an investment into capital goods by 18 to 60 fees monthly. The result is low and regular fees that allow more investment for the customer.
- Containment of short-term financial exposure
- No report in Centrale Rischi
- Planned and fully deductible fees
- Deductibility immediate month by month, including IRAP of 100% of each canon
- Compared to a lease deductible over 10 years, the N.O. is deducted at the 100% from 18 months
- The N.O. is not considered a financial transaction, so it does not affect the customer's bank credit lines and centralised risk register, facilitating other possible loan or mortgage applications
- Assets purchased with N.O. are not depreciated, as the fees are considered a service and do not appear on the balance sheet
- Based on the customer's ATECO code, the N.O. is not subject to sector studies
- Construction of economically sustainable growth projects
Operating Hire vs Leasing

- Ability to maintain competitiveness thanks to the possibility of constantly updating its fleet of assets
- A sole interlocutor (the lessor) who may provide any equipment for hire
